Renault and unions signed a plan for reconciling work and family life and prevent gender violence.

Renault has agreed with the unions Equality Scheme came into effect from next September 1 and includes activities to promote the selection, training, promotion and career development of women.

The agreement also includes measures to promote the reconciliation of work and family life and to prevent sexual harassment and gender violence.

According to Europa Press reported sources of the French multinational, the agreement, sto credits, has been signed by the General Union of Workers (UGT), Workers' Commissions (CCOO), General Confederation of Workers (CGT) and Confederation of tables and Professionals ( CCP) within the framework of the Central Commission of Occupational Health.

The Equality Scheme contains over 30 actions aimed at the pursuit of equality "real and effective" opportunities for all workers, ffxiv gil, who are part of Renault.

Some of the actions agreed to address the possibility of acceding to calls for promotion, transfer and training on leave for family reasons, promoting and improving access of women to positions of responsibility as well as the inclusion in the training plan courses on equal opportunities.

Furthermore, both Renault and the unions signed a protocol for sexual harassment situations that guarantees the confidentiality and respect for the victim and establishes channels for investigation.
